Big O and Dukes

I seriously don't know what I would do with myself, driving around town so much, if i didn't have my boys Big O and Dukes to keep me company. For those of you who don't know who they are...

Big O and Dukes (Chad and Oscar) started out in Baltimore, MD doing a radio show. They left Baltimore and landed here in Phoenix. Beka and I have been listening to them since they came to Phoenix ( June 2006 ish). Back when AZ was blessed with 101.5 FREE FM, with Adam Carolla in the Mornings and Big O and Dukes at night.

Since 101.5 FREE FM switched formats to 101.5 JAMZ (depressing), Chad and Oscar moved back to the D.C. area where they started nights at 106.7 WJFK. Once they started nights and the ratings came in they basically tripled the nights ratings and they were promoted to MId-days in D.C. to do a whole 5 hours a day 10am - 3pm. They tend to have a huge cult following due to their unique demographic they appeal to. They had such a huge cult following here in AZ, and still do.

If you go into iTunes and look at the Top 100 comedy podcasts they are in the top 50. It might nit seem very high, but they are the only radio show in the the 100 that ARE NOT syndicated in multiple markets, like Stearn and Adam Carolla, etc. Its from their cult following from AZ and their new/old following in the D.C. area.

We have been podcasting the show since it left AZ. Hands down, they are the funniest radio show in all of radio, and they will be HUGE one day. I guess what makes them so awesome is that they are young, Chad is 29 and Oscar is 30. Their producer Drab is only 25. They don't do stupid radio bits like "War of the Roses" and fake crap like that. They are gamers who like MMA, Movies, Music and sport.

Ask Beka anyday who I wish i could be, and she would say Chad Dukes, she would also problably tell you that i am obsessed with the Big O and Dukes show. I HAVE to listen to it every day or i get cranky :)

So do yourself a favor and check them out!!!! There are LOTS of inside jokes, so give it a few day of listening, and go on the messageboard and they explain everything there!
