Thinking about AFI lately....

AFI have been on the down low for the past year or so. They are recording a new album which will probably be out next year sometime which will be awesome. I haven't been listening to them as much lately on purpose, I wanted to rediscover them. Which I have lately. It boggles my mind when I listen to them. The sincerity and talent within AFI are unrivaled. Its been almost 10 years since I have been obsessed with them and they haven't gotten old to me. They have helped me though lots of rough times in my youth, as I could relate to what Davey was writing. Even now, sometimes I am feeling down or having a pity party I can throw on Sing The Sorrow and sing my heart out and feel fine.

I dont know why i felt i should write a quick blog about AFI, I didn't want them to think that I had forgot about them :)
