my new hobby....

since i seem to change my profile avatar all the time to different animated .gifs so i wanted to find out how to make them myself and turn home videos into .gifs. So during down time at work i went on a quest to find out how and i succeded. Its pretty fun if i dont say so myself, little did i know that it takes alot more time then it seems. this first one is from a video of AFI playing at MTV's New Years Eve i made.
